An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client paying £12,000 to £15,000 per annum. Various locations available.
The role
Duties will include providing a pro-active telephone service to customers, introducing customers to the company's products and services, understanding and identifying customer needs to maximise potential sales and achieving sales targets by delivering quality leads to the relevant member of staff.
Experience/Skills
The successful candidate will have previous customer service experience and the ability to turn general enquiries into sales.
Hours
Working 37.5 hours per week on a flexible contract.
