LMB3177 - Liverpool City Centre : Client Accountant

Salary: £20,000 - £23,000 per annum

An exciting oppertunity has arisen for an experienced Client Accountant to join an existing team based in Liverpool City Centre, covering all aspects of property accounting. Salary £20k - £23k

The Role

You will report to clients at regular intervals. Prepare property management based reports using TBS TRAMPS database.

Analyse and understand property management accounts data and have the ability to extract conclusions and explain them to clients.

Assisting surveyors and property managers in preparing budgets and reconciling tenant accounts. Liaising with clients, surveyors, property managers, client accountants and tenants. Attend and participate in client and internal meetings.

You will be managing the process of reconciling the service charges on behalf of clients. Preparing cash and bank reconciliations.

Supporting other team members

Experience/Skills

Experience within an accounting and property background is preferred. Knowledge of the TRAMPS database is advantageous. You should have a positive attitude, be well presented and professional at all times with a willingness to learn.

Hours

You will work 5 days a week 9am to 5pm.
