AKH3203 : Bilingual Passenger Sales Agent - Wilmslow
Salary: £13,100 - £14,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Passenger Sales Agent has arisen in Wilmslow with an excellent company, offering a basic salary from £13,100 per annum + language allowance of up to £900 per annum.
The role
The successful candidate will be quoting and selling airfares from the the airline reservation system using the in-house quotation system, changing reservations and actively upselling and cross- selling flights where services are full or unavailable and where applicable, offer and sell the company ancillaries to include hotels, car hire and tours.
You will be required to covert calls in to direct sales and constantly look for sales opportunities when servicing calls.
Offer all the company special products, promotions and offers at all time and always ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times by identifying the caller's needs and offering the appropriate products and services.
Remind passengers of the legal requirements covering their journey and ensure all passports, visa and health issues are explained and fully covered. You will be offering special services and where applicable book special meal, wheelchair requests and seating.
Ensure high standards of service are maintained when dealing with internal customers as well as external customers.
Experience / Skills
The successful candidate must be fluent in either German / Italian, have good customer service experience and have previous sales experience.
Hours
Working hours 37.5 hour week working shifts as call centre is open 7 days a week
