LMB3178 - South Wirral : Central Claims Advisor

Salary: £13,000 - £15,000 per annum

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Central Claims Advisor to join our client based in South Wirral, paying £13,000 to £15,000.

The Role

You will assist clients with their claim after an accident, deal withe the paper work and arrange a courtesy car as necessary.

You will disperse the claims to the relevant office to ensure the claim can be dealt with quickly and effectively.

You will be inputting data onto the in house software called Advance (training will be provided) and produce reports as required, using excel.

Experience/Skills

Good customer service skills are essential for this role. Previous work in claims is an advantage.
You will have a good understanding of Word and Excel and be able to work effectively under pressure.

Hours

You will work 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. The client can be a little flexible.
You will need to work 1 in 3 Saturdays but you are paid at the over time rate for this.
