ALTAC1 : Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £18,000 - £25,000 per annum

THE ROLE:
The role involves running either a busy temp or perm desk, developing new and existing business, selling the benefits of using a recruitment agency both over the telephone and face to face, you will be developing relationships with existing and potential clients, interviewing candidates, and matching candidates to jobs they will LOVE!

We are looking for passion, professionalism and a strong desire to succeed, together with the ability to build customer relationships. You will be an experienced Consultant and have the ability to develop and grow the business.
