OL/JW386 : Sales Manager / Team Leader

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Sales Team Leader. I have a fantastic client who is looking to appoint an experienced Sales Manager for a small in-bound sales team based in Oldham.

The successful person will be responsible for: -

Leading, motivating and managing a small sales team
Identifying training needs within your team and delivering in-house training to ensure your team perform to the best of their abilities.
Taking, processing and progressing orders received over the telephone.
Setting, working to and exceeding targets.
Working with the MD and other departments to identify business opportunities to generate revenue from promotions, advertising and up-selling

The role would suit someone from a retail sales or B2C sales environment. In return the company offers fantastic working conditions, opportunities to be recognised for your achievements and to progress within the business.
