AJD3259 : Senior Administrator/Secretary
Salary: £22,000 per annum

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a senior administrator/secretary to join our client based in Hale, Altrincham paying £22,000 per annum
The role:
Duties include; managing diaries, ensuring the efficient coordination of dates, times and venues, scheduling and prioritising appointments, arranging meetings and other events and functions, ensuring that all records, transactions and arrangements comply with the company's policies and procedures, providing an audit trail by which data and information can be provided or accessed, collating and analysing data from a variety of sources, producing reports and statutory returns, preparing agendas, taking notes, circulating minutes, monitoring the completion of action points, responding to external and internal communications, maintaining computerised databases and paper filing systems and updating records
Skills/Experience:
The successful candidate will have: 3 years admin/secretarial experience, a minimum of 3 years experience working at a professional level within a relevant environment, qualifications to GCSE Level or equivalent (A-C), a diploma or equivalent, previous experience in customer care and previous experience in managing staff.
An understanding of clinical governance and audit tools and an understanding of Health and Safety would also be a bonus, but ios not essential as training will be provided
Hours:
Working 9:00-5:00 Monday-Friday (can be flexible)
