LAA3189 - Old Swan : Part-time Customer Retention Advisor

Salary: £12,500 per annum

Our client based in the Old Swan area is looking for a Part-time Customer Retention Advisor to join their team, on a salary of £12.5k pro rata.

The Role

You will be calling existing customers to provide customer care and prevent policy cancellations.
You will be up-selling and cross-selling relevant products to existing customers by listening to and understanding their needs.

Experience/Skills

You should have previous administration experience ideally within an Insurance background.
You should have excellent customer service skills and have the drive to progress.

Hours

You will work Monday to Thursday 5pm to 8pm and Saturday 10am to 4pm.
