OJW388 : Sales Support Administrator -Heywood
Salary: £15,000 per annum
This is a varied and challenging role based in Heywood as a Sales Support Administrator
Co-ordinating field sales accounts, providing admin backup and support to customers, ensuring an effective message service is provided. Inputting orders, ensuring batch date and commitments are met, dealing with and resolving delivery queries.
Monitoring and actioning accounts and reports daily, exercising backlog reports. assisting g with quotes. Sending out literature. Assisting with filing, maintaining data sheets. assisting in collecting FSE paperwork. Distributing sales packs.
Assisting with production of letters, reports, compiling creating presentations on powerpoint.
Covering reception when required.
Experience
Sales admin experience required, computer literature
