WCP2995 : Customer Services - Frodsham

Salary: £13,000 - £15,000 per annum

Our client based in Frodsham is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly team on a part time basis!

THE ROLE

You will be required to provide a proactive and outstanding counter service to all customers, introduce customers to all products and services, serving customers, looking for sales opportunities to pass on to the Personal Advisors, ordering and banking cash. You will also be calling customers to inform them of new relevant products, working to targets and completing any necessary admin duties.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

You will have a minimum of 5 GCSE’s or equivalent including Maths and English, previous customer service ideally within a bank or building society and excellent communication skills.

HOURS

The hours of work are Monday : Wednesday 8.45am : 5.15pm, and you maybe required to work 1-2 Saturdays per month 8.45am : 12.30pm.

SALARY

The salary is £13,000 - £15,000 pro rata.
