LMB3197 - Liverpool City Centre : Office Manager
Salary: £15,000 - £18,000 per annum

Our Client based in Liverpool City Centre is looking for an experienced Office Manager to join their team, on a salary of £15k - £18k.
The Role
You will be processing purchase invoices, creating and sending sales invoices and entering them on Sage. You will be responding to customer queries, calling customers to chase payments. Liaising with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of jobs. You will follow up with customers to check the status of quotes and work in progress. You will run monthly financial reports and prepare the quarterly VAT return.
You will be reconciling sales to the master order schedule kept by the managing director and also reconciling the bank account and other key accounts back to Sage.
You will update monthly key business measures and provide general customer support in conjunction with the Managing Director
Experience/Skills
Some knowledge of Sage, Word and Excel is desirable.
You should be organised and able to prioritise your workload. You should possess excellent interpersonal skills, be creative and driven to succeed.
Hours
You will work from 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
