A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Hotel Reservations Consultant to join our client based in Cheadle paying £12,000 to £14,000 per annum.
The role
Duties will include working within the reservations department of the company, dealing with corporate clients, handling incoming business to business calls, organising accommodation and offering alternative accommodation where required, negotiating a commissionable rate, chasing and supplying guest names, transferring reservations data onto the computer system in an accurate manner and inserting the correct client and hotel fax numbers.
Experience/Skills
The successful candidate will have previous customer service/call centre experience ideally within a hotel reservations environment. Good keyboard skills are also required.
Hours
Working shifts of either 8.30-5.00, 9.00-5.30 or 9.30-6.00. Monday to Friday.
