ADH3276 : Debt Management Advisor - Manchester

Salary: £16,000 - £18,000 per annum

An opportunity has arisen for a Debt Advisor to join our client based in Carrington, Manchester paying a basic salary from £16,000 - £18,000 with a realistic OTE of £30,000 +

THE ROLE

The successful candidate will be working with one of the UK’s largest debt solution providers, as a debt advisor on the Debt Solutions team you will be responsible for dealing with clients initial enquiries with regards to debt management plans. You will be required ensure the highest level of customer service and ‘sell the dream’ of a life without debt to the prospective client.

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in an inbound and an outbound role (the role involves warm-calling, no cold calling) and you must have excellent customer service skills.
Ideally you will have experience in debt management, finance, lending or have a strong sales background.

WORKING HOURS

Week 1: Monday to Friday 8.30am : 5.30pm
Week 2: Monday to Friday 12pm : 9pm
1 Saturday in every 4
