AJD3278 : Customer Service Account Manager - Altrincham

Salary: £16,000 per annum

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Account Manager to join our client based in Altrincham paying £16,000 with an OTE of £24,000

THE ROLE

This role involves working in both customer service and sales : you will be dealing with an allocated number of clients, ensuring they are happy with the service and helping to resolve any problems as well as up selling other available products.
You will be responsible for taking inbound enquiries, client calls, dealing with the cancellation of direct debits and aftercare. You must have some business acumen as you will need to be able to debate with customers, putting forward the benefits of using the company.

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

The successful candidate must have excellent customer service and sales skills, with the proven ability to negotiate and up sell to customers.

WORKING HOURS

Monday to Friday 9 : 5pm
