MSL5875 : Outbound Team Leader

Salary: £17,000 - £21,500 per annum

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Outbound Team Leader to join our client based in Salford paying £17,000 to £21,500 per annum.

The role

Duties will include supervising a team of advisors, producing written reports to a high standard, managing relationships with the Business Manager, producing letters and reports in response to customer complaints, proactively resolving customer problems, suggesting service improvement based upon feedback from customers, monitoring calls to improve and maintain service levels, supporting and implementing changes within the business, holding regular 1-2-1 sessions with team members, supporting the teams development, ensuring that the team meets performance objectives, dealing with poor performance and absence problems, processing paperwork and managing administration tasks and maintaining a pro-active focus on sales.

Experience/Skills

The successful candidate will have good sales skills with previous experience in leading a team of 10+ staff.

Hours

Working 10.00 - 6.00 4 days between Monday to Friday and 10.00-4.00 Saturday.
