LEDCA - Prescot : Customer Advisor

Salary: £6.50 per hour

Our Client based in the Prescot area is looking for an experienced Customer Advisor to join their team. They are paying £6.50 an hour.

The Role

You will be providing a high level of service to both internal and external customers and your duties will include : booking service calls, providing technical advice and fault diagnosis. You will be ordering spare parts, providing pre-sales product information and dealing with various levels of customers from consumers to store owners. You will be expected to have awareness of customer specific procedures/ agreements, extended warranty agreements and billing processes.
You will ensure that all service level agreements are adhered to and attend training and team meetings when necessary.

Experience/Skills

You must have excellent communication skills and previous customer service experience.

Hours

You will work from 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday.

This position is initially temporary for 13 weeks with a view to going permanent.
