Experience PA required for a temporary position based in Oldham paying £8.00 per hour

You will be based on the front of house reception, duties to include:
-Providing support to the Directors
-Preparing presentations on PowerPoint
-Dealing with Directors e-mails and correspondence
-Dealing with quotes and placing them onto the system
-Meeting and greeting visitors
-Answering the telephone, dealing with enquiries

We are looking for an experienced PA with good typing skills who is computer literate with Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Sage is preferable. You will be presentable with a good telephone manner.

Hours 9.00am-5.00pm Monday to Friday, weekly pay
