Are you CEMAP qualified with experience in the independent sector? Due to volume of business a fast growing mortgage and protection advisor are looking for a self employed Mortgage Advisor.

Working on leads that are sourced from the property arm of the business, you will be supplied four leads per day and work to expected 30% conversion rate. You do not have to subsidise leads. Commissions are reviewed periodically.
                                                                           
You will be self motivated, sales focused and able to demonstrate excellent knowledge and customer service skills. Must be CeMap qualified. You will also have excellent communication and listening skills, the ability to explain complex information clearly and simply, a strong work ethic and broker experience.

Position is Self Employed, £60K salary expected. Hours will be flexible to meet needs of the client. You will also have access to mortgage brain, a computer and phone available.
