Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Claims Team Leader!

Hours 9.00am to 5.00pm. Salary negotiable dependant on experience. Benefits include 20 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays, health care scheme and gym membership!

Working as an RTA Injury Claims Team Leader you will lead, manage and develop a Personal Injury Claims Team to reach set objectives and identify training needs for both individuals and the team. Duties include;

• Monitor team performance, assist, mentor and enthuse Claims Handlers in performing their daily duties
• Participate in meetings with the Claims Manger in relation to team objectives, goals, performance and training.
• Handle a caseload of personal injury claims
• Provide technical assistance for Claims Handlers

You will need experience of supervising a team in a claims environment. Litigation experience is essential and you must have the ability to issue Court proceedings and run a claim to trial if required. You will also need good liability and quantum knowledge gained within the personal injury.
