A fantastic opportunity for an experienced  Customer Service Manager to work for a well established company with lots of progression.

Salary: £26,000 - £29,000

Benefits: Free onsite parking and career progression.

45 hours per week, Sunday to Thursday, between the hours of 0600 and 2000. Weekend work maybe required.

Duties will include:

  • Managing and developing the customer service team and help desk function whilst ensuring department objectives and KPI’s are achieved
  • Developing the team through performance management, providing and reviewing objectives for your team
  • Managing personnel issues on a day to day basis including recruitment, coaching and training, holiday and absence cover and dealing promptly with disciplinary issues

The successful candidate needs to be highly flexible and have a good knowledge of the Microsoft systems. Excellent communication, organisational and planning skills are also essential along with the ability to be team orientated, assertive and able to propose and implement new ideas.
