Do you have previous experience of leading a team?
We have an excellent opportunity paying17.5K working for a well established company in Widnes.

The role will involve:
Leading, training and developing the team
Providing customer service whilst being commercially aware and ensuring documented procedures are adhered to
Ensuring the customer service functions run correctly outside of normal working hours
Liaising with customers and dealing with escalations
Reviewing processes to ensure they are current and reflect best practice
Managing personnel issues including recruitment, coaching and training, holiday and absence cover and dealing promptly with disciplinary issues
Skills and Experience:
The successful candidate needs to have previous experience, be highly flexible and have a good knowledge of the Microsoft systems.
Hours
6am - 6pm on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
