Ref: LCN3541   Customer Service Advisor

Have you worked in the banking sector experience? Enjoy face to face customer service?

As the first point of contact for all customers entering the branch you will help with enquiries and transactions and find leads and referrals for branch colleagues with regards to mortgages and investments.

To be successful in this role you must be a real people person, with excellent customer service skills and be good at rapport building.

Salary £13K-£14K. Hours are 37.5, Monday to Friday and occasional Saturday. Benefits include 22 days holiday and pension scheme.

You must have banking experience to be considered for this role.
