Do you have experience in insurance? 

We are looking for candidates with experience in RTA working for a great company based in Southport. 

You will be taking incoming calls from claimants, recording the claims information into a database. Offering advice and guidance to the claimant. You will also offer specific assistance in line with clients needs. 

Other duties include replacement vehicle provision, liaising with third party drivers including insurance companies, contacting witness to complete statements. Updating brokers claims via approved mediums.
