A fantastic permanent position has arisen within one of our major clients based in the Widnes area.
If you have previous Customer Service experience and your own transport this could be the job for you.
Duties will include:
Acting as first point of contact for customers
Ensuring all queries are dealt with and in an efficient and effective manner
Creating and inputting all jobs onto the in-house system
Acting as a point of contact with the customer regarding any queries prior to collection or after the day of delivery
Organising return and redelivery movements
Liaising with the planning department regarding extra or short notice loads
Communicate effectively with an excellent telephone manner
Hours: 4 x 12 hour shifts on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern 6am - 6pm
