Lydia is one of our Trainee Recruitment Consultants who has been with us at Jobwise since June 2023.
Lydia starts her day by checking her emails and making sure she is up to date with any new job roles that have come in overnight. She then spends the morning registering new candidates onto our database. This involves asking them about their work experience, qualifications, and what type of roles they are interested in. Lydia enjoys this part of her job because she gets to speak to different people with unique experiences.
Still undergoing sales training, she believes that continuous training is one of the best benefits of working at Jobwise as it helps to develop her career.
