Meet Tessa, our Support Services Team Leader, she's been with us since January 2014. Why’s she stayed with us for so long? The variety. No two days are the same, and there's always something new to learn. That's what keeps her motivated and ready to tackle any challenge that comes her way.

From arranging interviews and conducting screenings, to adding new roles onto the system and managing audits, Tessa does it all. She's also the go-to person for system updates and training new team members. It's safe to say that Tessa's days are jam-packed with a little bit of everything!

What are you most proud of? 

Finding an Agronomist Sales Executive, no seriously, Google it. Here at Jobwise, we predominantly focus on office-based roles, so to say this challenged Tessa might be an understatement! But she rose to the task and delivered on the role.
