A fantastic opportunity has arisen to be part of a people focused team in a fast growing telecommunications and IT company based in Stockport. We are recruiting a dynamic and driven Sales and Service professional who is looking to take the next step in their career into an Account Management role. Generous package on offer including basic Salary of £26000 plus company car and £5000 sales bonus.  


About The Role:

· Maintain existing customers in a committed contract cycle, underpinned by ensuring an exceptional customer experience and demonstrating the value in working with us over the longer term

· Leverage the account management relationship to identify new opportunities for the sales team both within the existing customer base and through referral from existing customers to new companies

· Deliver monthly minimum contract renewal targets; (preparing proposals, negotiating and closing the renewal order)

· Oversee the onboarding of new customers, making key introductions to other areas of our business, ensuring effective implementation of new services, and that customers understand how to access support

· Develop value based relationships with customers at multiple contact points – ensure the smooth running of their service and support – deliver account contact plans for regular engagement via planned calls, email communication and face to face meetings

· Support escalated queries hands on with providers and with the service team

· Analyse billing data to verify accuracy of charges and prepare reports

· Identify and develop new cross sales and referral opportunities for the sales team

Essential Skills & Experience

· Proven experience within service led sales

· Experience in a business to business, customer facing Account Management role

· Previous sales/ service call centre experience will be considered for this role

· Proven track record in meeting sales targets

· Using CRM Software, Microsoft Office including strong Excel skills

· Full driving licence

· Educated to degree level or equivalent (desireable)

· Highly organised and efficient, able to manage multiple channels of activity and prioritise effectively, with keen attention to detail, driven, enjoys working to targets

· Self starter, ‘can do’ approach, always thinking around the task and adding value where possible

· Positive outlook, strong sense of personal responsibility and ownership of results, genuine care for getting the best outcomes for the customer

 

About The Benefits

· Salary £24,000-£26,000

· Working hours 9.00-5.30 Monday – Friday
