Currently recruiting for a Customer Sales Support candidate to join a friendly and relaxed office based in Wythenshawe. This is a fulltime permanent vacancy working Monday to Friday paying a competitive salary of £21,000 per annum. This role will require someone who is able to support the sales team and develop sales through communication and Order Processing.


About The Role:


· To ensure that all leads and customer contacts are developed and that the key company message is delivered on a daily basis

· To support the Team Leader in sales development and provide appropriate reporting and update on a daily basis on any issues or opportunities

· Mixture of inbound and outbound calls to clients

· To meet their daily performance/ KPI’s, including Turnover, Margin, Call Volume, Call Quality and Market Research

· To ensure that all due orders are processed on daily basis to ensure that information flows to the operations team to allow despatch in line with customer expectation

· To monitor and report to the Team Leader any issues and recurring problems that delay sales of goods to customers

· Monitoring of weekly sales targets for personal objectives and provide team leader with an overview weekly

· Carry out competitor and market analysis on a daily basis and ensure we are updating our spreadsheets

· Maintain and develop customer databases and keep them up to date at all times across all aspects of customers, prospects, profiles, opportunities, quotes and service orders

· Provide a high level of customer service and technical support to customers on all products and services

· To ensure daily prospecting either from sourced details from Team Leader or own sourcing

· To ensure all calls to Customers and prepped to gain the most of each telephone call, all prep must comply with your KPI’s

· Provide evidence on how you have achieved KPI’s/lost sales, call quality, sales stages/questions you have trailed to achieve/not achieved


Essential Skills & Experience

· Account management background

· Customer Service Order Processing is desirable

· Must be motivated and sales driven

· Able to retain product knowledge

· Confident on the phones

· Friendly and Pro-active attitude towards daily targets

· Positive
