About The Role:
Completing compliance questionnaires with customers over the phone
Inputting information to the system
Answering incoming calls
Dealing with any general enquiries
Directing calls through to other departments
General Administration including Filing, Faxing & Scanning
Essential Skills & Experience
Previous administration experience
Confident telephone manner
Accurate inputting skills
