We are currently recruiting for a  Administration Assistant for our client based in Liverpool City Centre. This will be offering the salary of £15,525 per year. Once you have passed probation you will be entitled to the bonus scheme meaning overall earnings £18’525.

Also offering immediate start and the opportunities to progress within in a well established company.


Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm and one in 3 Monday to Friday 12pm-9pm with a Saturday.  


About The Role:


Actively chase up outstanding documentation via phone, e-mail, letter and texts

Deal with both new and existing customers

Photocopying, data entry, document handling and ensuring data is secure at all times

Extracting information from computer based systems

Provide excellent customer service at all times

Maintaining records and computer held files

Essential Skills & Experience
