About The Role:
Working as part of a busy team, you will be:
Booking orders onto the in-house system
Liaising with customers to confirm delivery details
Generating orders on the computer
Printing labels and paperwork for shipments
Arranging transport of deliveries via carriers and co-ordinating with other sites
Checking invoices and delivery notes
General administration including filing and photocopying
Essential Skills & Experience:
The ideal candidate will have recent office experience in an administration role and be comfortable liaising with customers. Experience in a transport or logistics based administration role would definitely be beneficial. You will be comfortable and experienced working in a fast paced environment and have an excellent eye for detail. Skills in Word and Excel are essential.
A salary of £12,000 to £15,000 depending on experience
21 days holiday, plus bank holidays, rising to 25 days over time
