There is a salary of up to £18,000 dependant on experience and benefits include company bonus, early finish on Fridays, on-site training and free parking. About the role:
Working in a varied role you will be providing admin support to the Office Manager. The role will include:
Answering the telephone
Greeting clients in the office in a professional and courteous manner
Drafting letters and invoices
Dealing with post in and out
General administration including filing, scanning, laminating and shredding
Generating Invoices on a daily/weekly basis
Liaising with other departments in the office to offer support where needed
Skills and Experience Required:
You will have strong experience in an Administrator role with excellent verbal and written communication skills. A good attention to detail is essential and you must be able to meet deadlines with a high level of accuracy of work. You will be comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel.
