We are currently recruiting for a PI Business Development Management to join a rapidly expanding multi-service law firm based close to the centre of Manchester. The role offers a competitive salary of £30,000 – £50,000 dependant on experience and the opportunity to join the firm in their new modern and extensively equipped offices at the time of their expansion. The successful application will have previous experience working within the PI industry within a BDM role.

About The Role:

Increase volume and quality of business  

Keeping abreast of the rapidly changing PI marketplace and the opportunity for growth through consolidation and acquisition  

Monitor and maintain all existing PI introducers and deal with any service issues that may arise  

Maintain and update introducer records within the case management system  

Manage all third party agreements and processes  

Manage the process of setting up a new introducer from initial assessment to negotiation of terms  

Attend meetings with existing and potential introducers  

Liaise with PI staff across all levels and organise regular review meetings  

Work closely with Directors/Partner to implement initiatives  

Participate in regular meetings  

Carry out research and market analysis  

Provide accurate and appropriate MI reports for sources of work and identify and implement necessary actions  

Ensuring quality assurance and compliance standards are met  

Providing a professional and efficient service to all clients  

Travel nationwide to attend the offices of new and existing introducers  

Promote our services through networking, face to face visits, presentations and seminars  

Arrange corporate events/entertainment for specific introducers

Essential Skills & Experience

Highly motivated, positive and proactive  

Sophisticated client relationship management skills  

Highly analytical, capable of recognising the potential value of a prospect and prioritising it accordingly  

Strong influencing and presentational skills  

Excellent organisational and communication skills  

Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external networks

Results driven and focused

Experience of working within the legal sector and knowledge of the Personal Injury market is essential

Have a good track record of meeting and exceeding targets
