We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join a well established client of ours in Bromborough. This will be offering a salary of £20,000 -£22,000 dependent on experience.
Working hours: Mon – Fri 8:30am – 5:30pm – Flexibility is essential
We are looking for a candidate who has experience within Sales, whether this is B2B or B2C. The perfect candidate would also have knowledge in Health and Safety/Construction, however this is not essential.
About The Role:
Develop new business relationships
Generate and negotiate new business to agreed targets and KPI’s
Engage senior decision makers and develop relationships to ensure you are their preferred supplier
Must be driven to achieve commercial team targets
Possess a strong telephone presence
Attend weekly Sales meetings
Keen eye for profitable opportunities
Attend industry events and tradeshows
Attend Client/Site meetings
Self management, however you will work alongside a highly dedicated team
Essential Skills & Experience
Experience in cold calling New Business
Proactive and driven
Strong negotiation skills
Professional and confident
Positive and enthusiastic
Experience communicating with senior members of staff
Ability to use Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
