Working for an exciting events management company who deal with all the hospitality for large sporting events worldwide. This role provides an opportunity for the right candidate to play a part in the delivery of one of the most significant sporting events in the world.


A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a General Public Ticketing Representative to join our client based in Cheadle paying £18,000 per annum on a fixed term contract until July 2018. 


About The Role:

Providing and implementing sales and customer service for dedicated ticketing projects 

Managing customer enquiries via telephone and e-mail

Advising customers on ticketing policies and regulations 

Assisting with any additional duties to ensure the timely delivery of the ticketing project.

Handling enquiries from clients world wide 


Essential Skills & Experience

Self motivated, organised and professional with the ability to work within a fast paced environment. Previous telephone based customer service is required 

Ability to use MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
