We are currently recruiting for a Customer Coordinator for a well established client based in Risley/Warrington. This will be offering the salary between £16,000-£18000 depending on experience, free parking and immediate start. This role could possibly lead in to a longer term/Permanent role for the right candidate. This will be working a 40hour week predominately between 8.30/9.00am- 5pm.

About The Role:
Acting as first point of contact for all customer queries
Processing orders on to the system in accurate manner
Monitoring customer service agreements and reporting to manager where appropriate
Organising engineers to go on site to customer and repair/Fit products
Liaising between internal teams to ensure the best service is given to the customer
Dealing with and customer queries or complaints
Establish and build relationships with appointed customers
Assisting with any general administration duties
Working with planners to ensure delivery is made on time to the customer
Delivering excellent customer service at all times
