We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to work for a leading industry, fast-paced organisation based in Wilmslow. We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic candidate to join our busy Customer Services team to proactively help deliver high levels of customer service to our valued customers. The main responsibility for this role is handling high volumes of incoming and outgoing customer service calls, and following these calls up with written correspondence.  This is a fulltime permanent position paying up to £17,000 per annum increasing to £18,000 after 3 month probation period.


About The Role:


· Responding to all customer queries using in depth knowledge of the company’s products and procedures

· Inputting customer details, handling sensitive calls, liaising with other area of the business, writing letters and preparing documentation and certification

· Preparing and distributing outgoing mail

· Answering high numbers of telephone calls daily from customers and colleagues

· Ensuring all calls are handled with professionalism, courtesy and sensitivity when needed

· Carrying out all administrative duties including scanning, printing and photocopying

· Guiding all customer issues to a satisfactory conclusion and escalating calls to relevant departments when required

Essential Skills & Experience


· Empathy and compassion

· Excellent telephone manner

· High levels of accuracy and attention to detail

· An organised and methodical approach to working

· Ability to learn quickly

· Awareness of the importance of the Data Protection Act

· Educated to at least GCSE-Level

· Excellent working knowledge of IT, especially the Microsoft packages work and excel

· Strong listening and organisation skills
