Working for a well established and recognszed company based in South Manchester; we are currently recruiting for a temporary to permanent Customer Service Advisor to work full time hours Monday to Friday 9.00AM – 5.30PM with 1 Saturday every 4 weeks. This role will be starting immediately and offers a fun and trendy office environment.

About the role:

Answering incoming calls, emails & Internet enquires

Processing orders

Dealing with payments and handling sensitive information

Advising customers of products and services available

Dealing with enquires and complaints to resolution

Building rapport with customers

General administrative duties

Essential skills & Experience:

Previous experience within a telephone based customer service role

Must have a high attention to detail & accurate data entry skills

Excellent problem solving skills

Must be customer focused

Ability to work in a fast paced and target driven environment
