This excellent, expanding local company is looking for an experienced Customer Service and Support Executive to join their team on an 8 month maternitry cover. About the role:
Working as part of a team, you will be carrying out a varied role. Duties will include:
Inputting all manual national account orders and deal with specific requirements in line with each national account service level agreements (SLA).
Set up all national account details on website.
Set up new products on Sage
Responsible for credit checking and gaining approval for new business.
Respond to and resolve all customer enquiries and queries.
Use the CRM system to record all activities
Handle and resolve any customer complaints
Ensure relevant information is updated on to diary systems
Support National Accounts Manager in secretarial duties
To ensure policies and procedures are adhered to.
Attend meetings when required
Skills and Experience required:
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in a similar customer service / administration role or similar customer supprt role. You will be highly organised with strong communication skills. You will be comfortable using Word and Excel. You must be able to commit to an 8 month maternity contract.
