We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for a well established Insurance company in Liverpool City Centre working for in a busy claims team. This will be offering the salary between £17,000 – £21,000 dependent on experience.

Hours of Work:  Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm or 10am – 6pm

About The Role:

To provide a one-stop answer to customer queries with an aim of a first-time resolution. To ensure that queries are responded to within our agreed response time. To ensure that we provide our customers with the best customer journey. To provide accurate and correct information to our customers.

Day to day:

To ensure customers queries are answered with the aim of a first-time resolution

To ensure that queries are responded to within our agreed response time

To ensure the best Customer Care experience is given to all customers

To achieve KPI’s whilst maintaining excellent quality
