Taking and recording customer information

Offering a personal approach to customers by understanding their needs

Working within a team to achieve targets

Problem solving for customers


Essential Skills & Experience

Previous Customer Service experience

B2B or B2C

Excellent communication skills

Experience working with different systems and can pick up new systems quickly

A professional telephone manner

Ability to use MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
