This expanding company is looking for an Estimating Administrator to join their team. There is a salary of up to £20,000 and benefits include 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and free parking. Experience in a similar Estimating or Administrative role is beneficial.

Their customer focus is not only on providing a high quality product but also on giving honest guidance on the right products to meet customer requirements.
Formulating quotes from an established price list
Dealing with enquiries from repeat customers
Pricing jobs from internal staff (replacing any products that can’t be fixed)
Full responsibility for keeping price lists current by liaising with managers
Dealing with u supply only customers (product only)
Keeping quote templates up to date
Logging all enquires that come in via email or phone (prices, company, phone numbers and address’ etc.)
General back office administrative duties that need completing
Essential Skills & Experience:
GCSE’S in Maths and English – essential
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Advanced in Microsoft Excel package
Strong team player
Commitment to the company
About The Benefits:
Basic salary of up to £20,000
Hours of work Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 5.00pm Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm
20 days holidays plus bank holidays
