We are recruiting for an experienced Helpdesk Customer Service Adviser for a well established company in the Darwen area.  This temporary ongoing role is offers an excellent opportunity to work as part of a great organisation and is paying £7.79 per hour with free on site car parking.

About The Role:

Taking inbound calls from other sites in the company

Identifying the 1st line IT problems and resolving queries

Logging calls and liaising with other internal departments

Resetting passwords

Inputting data onto Excel Spreadsheets

General administration duties

Essential Skills & Experience

Strong IT skills and knowledge

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Able to multi task and use their own initiative

Confident telephone manner

Enjoys working in a fast paced environment

Pro active and self motivated

Fast and accurate data entry

Flexible and adaptable
