This long established solicitor is looking for a Legal Secretary with conveyancing experience to provide temporary cover.
About the role:
Working for a partner, you will carry out work in conveyancing. The role will include:
Using digital audio recording to create all letters and reports
Carrying out searches
Dealing with clients, both face to face and on the phone
Planning and managing the diary system to assist the partner
Skills and experience required:
You will have previous experience in a legal secretarial role. Experience in conveyancing is essentiall. You will be a competent and accurate audio typist and ideally be able to touch type. You will be comfortable using Word, Excel and an Outlook diary.
