About The Role:

Working as an Internal Business Development Executive you will Identify, develop and close new business opportunities

Define a territory plan to effectively structure activity; adhere to milestones, deliverables, and critically review progress at all stages

Manage your pipeline in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy of information and correct summarising of opportunities

Support the external sales team with lead generation and sales support

Work with the Marketing function to design and implement strategic sales campaigns

Internal Sales work collaboratively with the Head of New Business Development and wider leadership team to ensure initiatives are cohesive with the overall customer experience

Support & inform the team leaders who are responsible for the day-to-day management of the team

Foster a culture of building long term and genuine relationships with our customers, identifying key individuals and maintaining a close network

Aim to delight customers and champion initiatives to further enhance the service or product offering

You will be the business advocate in maintaining strong relationship with all internal and external stakeholders

Essential Skills & Experience

Sales experience from either Telesales, Internal Sales, Telemarketing or Business Development background

Ability to use data analysis to inform prospecting, territory planning and decision-making

Successful sales cycle management experience

Excellent telephone manner

Full UK driving license and a willingness to visit regional offices and other relevant travel where necessary

About The Benefits

Working hours 8.30am – 5.30pm, with flexible working hours available after the 6 month probationary period

The salary is made up of GBP25-30k basic – the current team members are earning GBP35-40k OTE.

31 days holidays plus an option to buy and sell giving you more flexibility
