We are currently partnered with a highly reputable fast growing company in Manchester City Centre; they are looking for experienced sales people to join their New Business Sales Team. Paying a competitive starting salary up to £24,000 couple with great working hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm and offering a generous benefits package this is not an opportunity to be missed!

About The Role:


· You will generate new business sales opportunities for the company by conducting research, planning your call list and using a consultative approach to win on new clients

You will have a proven track record of achieving targets and KPIS

You will need the ability to get past gatekeepers build rapport with these influencers and speak with the decision maker

You will need to fact find the specific needs for the product to tailor and suggest the best solution

· You will need to have intelligent sales conversations with potential clients regarding upselling products, services by showing real passion and knowledge around the product

· You will need to work individually and as part of a busy sales team – working well under pressure to achieve results

· You will be expected to manage a healthy pipeline of new business and need previous experience of show casing these skills

· To manage your CRM system and keep it fully updated on every call for future lead opportunities

· Spotting new business opportunities through social media and networking, and being proactive to ensure targets are achieved

Essential Skills & Experience:

· Proven track record of hitting sales targets

· Work well under pressure

· Good phone manner – strong verbal and written communication

· Resilient

· Adaptable to new practices and processes

· Respectful of management, training and feedback

· Experience in a role with the full 360 sales cycle

· Pipeline management

· Articulate your sales pitch – strong passionate product knowledge

· Strong Negotiation skills

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office package and CRM systems
