A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work as part of a sales team for a well established company in Manchester City Centre as a New Business Sales Consultant. They are a market leader in their field and want a strong sales person with a proven track record of delivering quality service and achieving results. The starting salary ranges from £22000 – £25,000pa DOE with OTE potential of a further £15,000pa based on full time permanent working hours Monday – Friday 8.30-4.30pm.

About The Role:


· Managing your own workload – creating leads, following them up, recording the conversations on the CRM system and generating new business opportunities

To adapt and be open to the training and feedback from management

To have the ability to get past gatekeepers build rapport with these influencers and speak with the decision maker

To fact find the needs for the product and then suggesting the appropriate solution

· To have intelligent sales conversations with potential clients regarding upselling products, services & showing real passion and knowledge  

· The ability work individually and as part of a busy sales team – working well under pressure

· Managing not only current business but being able to manage pipelines for future opportunities  

· To manage your CRM system and keep it fully updated on every call

· Spotting new business opportunities, and being proactive to ensure targets are achieved

Essential Skills & Experience:

· Proven track record of hitting sales targets

· Work well under pressure

· Good phone manner – strong verbal and written communication

· Resilient

· Adaptable to new practices and processes

· Respectful of management, training and feedback

· 360 sales ability

· Pipeline management

· Articulate your sales pitch – strong product knowledge

· Strong Negotiation skills

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office package and CRM systems
