I am currently recruiting for a very exciting new opportunity for a varied Admin Office Support role for a really cool well established Marketing Agency in Manchester City Centre. It is a temp to perm role paying up to £18,000 depending on experience, working hours are Monday – Friday 9-5.30pm.
About The Role:
· Providing General Office support across the company
· Administrative tasks
· Helping to plan and organise company events
· Booking and setting up meeting rooms
· Answering the phone and directing calls
· Ordering office supplies
· Booking travel for the Directors
· Using Outlook on a daily basis
Essential Skills & Experience:
· Problem Solver
· Willingness to learn – pick things up quickly
· Open to a varied role
· Comfortable in a fast paced environment
· Team player
About The Benefits:
· Monday – Friday 9 – 5.30pm (flexi hours on Friday)
· Salary: £18,000pa depending on experience (Temp to Perm role)
