We are recruiting for an experienced Part Time School Receptionist / Administrator for a well known school in the Wigan area. This is a excellent temporary position and is paying between £9.00 – £10.00 per hour, depending on experience with free onsite car parking.
About The Role:
Covering the main school reception
Meeting, greeting and dealing with visitors to the school
Assisting with students queries and organising any detentions
General administration duties
Updating the in house computer system – SIMS
Essential Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a similar busy reception/administration role is essential, ideally in a school
Strong communication and organisational skills
Keen eye for detail
Confident telephone manner
Able to multi task and working to strict deadlines
Methodical, analytical and process led
Experience of using SIMS would be beneficial
The successful candidate must already hold an enhanced DBS (child workforce)
