We are currently recruiting for a permanent part time Secretary to join my well know legal client based at their in Liverpool City Centre office. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of the duties listed in the below job description and would be flexible to work three out of five days during the week. Benefits include a salary of £18,000 on a pro rata basis, 25 days holiday pro rata, contribution pension scheme and private healthcare.
About The Role:
Providing first hand secretarial assistance to one of the clients leading lawyers
Being the first point of contact for any new client calls and deeming importance of any calls and enquiries
Gain an understanding of regular clients and ensure all calls and enquiries are handled with sensitivity and confidentiality
Organising and prioritising appointments, ensuring meeting rooms are successfully booked out
Essential Skills & Experience:
A minimum 2 years secretarial experience is preferred but not essential
Strong organisational and timekeeping skills
Experience of dealing with private and exclusive clients is preferred but not essential
