We are currently recruiting for permanent full time fronts of house Receptionist to join my well know legal client based at their in Liverpool City Centre office. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of the duties listed in the below job description and would have experience in a typist role or typist duties. Benefits include a salary of £16,000 25 days holiday pro rata, contribution pension scheme and private healthcare.
About The Role:
Being the first point of contact and manage the incoming calls for this and their Manchester office
To meet and greet clients where appropriate and required
Ensuring meetings are booked correctly and arrange refreshments and stationary accordingly
General administrative duties
Essential Skills & Experience:
A minimum 2 years recent receptionist experience
Strong organisational and timekeeping skills
Experience of working in a typist role
