About the role:

Working as part of a team in a fast paced and demanding environment, you will liaise with a range of customers to ensure tight deadlines are met. Duties will include:

Working alongside the sales team dealing with high profile customers across the UK

Taking and logging orders

Creating quotes

Checking lead times and prices to confirm delivery dates with customers

Updating and booking deliveries with customers

Liaising with other departments and freight forwarders to ensure deadlines are met

Dealing with customer queries and problem solving

Co-ordinating stock from internal warehouses

Liaising with processors to arrange relabelling and packaging where required

Co-ordinating paperwork and certification for stock being shipped directly from Far East suppliers in conjunction with the import/export team

Calculating stock quantities to fit shipping containers


Skills and Experience required:

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in a similar sales administrator or sales support role. Experience dealing with the supply of goods to high street and online retailers would be interesting. You will be comfortable using Word and Excel. You will be confident and resilient and able to work in a fast paced environment to tight deadlines.
